Laurence is a Project Manager at RPS with 5+ years’ industry experience supporting project delivery across commercial, industrial, education, defence, health and residential environments. Based in Adelaide, he brings a strong understanding of end-to-end delivery processes and is known for his quality focus, practical approach and enthusiasm in tackling complex requirements.

With qualifications in architecture and building information modelling, Laurence supports clients through design coordination and delivery management for a wide range of built environment outcomes, such as secure operational facilities, specialist health and wellbeing spaces, research and education facilities, community and childcare developments, senior living precincts, refurbishments and upgrades, and structured parking assets. His experience includes coordinating work in live operational settings, managing stakeholder needs and sequencing, and maintaining a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
