Carly is a Senior Project Manager at RPS with almost 17 years’ experience across the construction industry, spanning pre-construction, estimating and end-to-end project delivery. Based in Adelaide, she has led and supported complex programs and packages across defence, government, commercial and residential environments, and is known for her practical, delivery-focused approach and strong client outcomes.

Working on both client-side and contractor-side engagements, Carly brings expertise in cost management and budget optimisation, project efficiency, and contract administration. Her delivery experience includes design and procurement coordination, program and risk management, subconsultant and subcontract negotiation, and clear, structured reporting. Carly also supports projects with a strong focus on stakeholder management and safe, compliant delivery, drawing on hands-on experience developing safety, quality and environmental management documentation. She holds a Baseline security clearance.
