Blake brings more than 25 years of experience in civil design, AMIS (Asset Management Information Systems), GIS, and ADAC (Asset Design As Constructed), acquired through roles in both local government and private practice.

His expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of donated and internally constructed civil infrastructure, encompassing processes from design through as-constructed phases, registration, valuation, reporting, and maintenance.

Blake specialises in delivering critical water and sewer asset information, as well as essential data for transport, drainage, and open space assets. He is widely recognised as the foremost technical authority in ADAC, with extensive involvement in the technical design and implementation of the ADAC Schema spanning more than two decades.
