Abstraction
This Module allows for the calculation of Abstraction volumes based on time series data captured for each individual Abstraction meter. Meters can be assigned to Water Treatment Works (WTW) or Source Features, and these can be in turn assigned to an individual Abstraction Licence and Licences can also be assigned to a Licence Group for aggregated reporting requirements. Hourly, Daily, Monthly and Annual limits can be set for an Abstraction Licence and a Licence Group and any temporary short running licence adjustments can be recorded and used in the calculation. Calculations can be set to run on a schedule to ensure that the availability of Abstraction volumes for reporting and monitoring of potential Licence breaches is maintained on an ongoing basis without having to undertake manual analysis. WaterNet provides several options to use replacement data in the Abstraction calculation. Inbuilt reports provide daily volume and detail for each level and Licence charts allow for quick checking of daily, monthly and annual limit compliance with licenses. Automated notifications and alerts can be generated for potential breaches. Operational Use and Outage records can also be created against WTW and other features. This module also utilises Outages and Operational Uses. Outage issues are the various issues and scenarios which represent the main reason for any outages that have occurred and WaterNet allows the users to sort and organise outages and link them to specific issues. Vice versa, Operational Usages are network events which occur in WTW and can be accounted for by applying the Operational Uses created in WaterNet to selected features or manually assigning fixed daily values or percentage of the net flow.

Distribution Input (DI)
This module enables the calculation of daily DI alongside existing leakage calculations. Sites can be defined as DI monitoring and total daily demand derived from the telemetry data and grouped upon the tree hierarchy to produce DI for reporting. Data validation such as check DI volumes against pump data, where available; different pumping scenarios can be created to sense check flow volumes based on active pumps and expected volumes in this module. Calculations establish replacement rules through calculations for daily, weekly, and monthly results that perform automatic replacement of results based on user defined parameters concerning the amount of missing and replaced data. In addition to automatic data correction, users can simply make manual data replacements and this is fully auditable. The module makes greater use of features when setting up water sources; these can be given a range of definitions including reservoirs, water treatment works, boreholes, etc.

PHC/PCC
Using daily demand and calculated leakage, this module can calculate a Per Household Consumption figure for selected property types. Statistical analysis is used to provide results at the desired level within your company; be that at DMA level or simply a company level result. These results can be further utilised to provide a Per Capita Consumption figure. Results can be easily fed back into Waternet to update the property type consumption figure used within other modules; this allows for more up to date figures to be used leading to increased confidence in analysis.

Water Balance (MLE)
This module incorporates the top-down / bottom–up Water Balance and associated MLE adjustments into Waternet to ensure compliance with the latest OFWAT guidance. The Water Balance Module will directly incorporate results from the existing Waternet system settings where possible, whilst allowing manual entry of component results where they are not currently available in Waternet.
