Customer Contacts
Import and storage of data relating to customer contacts received within defined areas to assist with asset performance review and pressure management review. Similar contact types can be grouped together to simplify display on a chart and to understand the impact of a network change (e.g. Water quality calls as a result of a re-zone). Basic details of contacts can be viewed within a grid to allow cross reference to customer call management systems.

Data Capture
Automatic and manual capture of time series data from various sources. Capture filters for typical data logger manufacturers such as Technolog, Halma, Primayer, Metasphere as standard, including web services to Primayer and Technolog. User configurable filters to import file types of .CSV or Fixed Column Width are provided to ensure flexibility with other flat file data sources. Multiple time series data types can be handled (e.g. flow, pressure, level, event, fast logging, voltage, signal, operations) and multiple sources of the same data type. Links to external databases sources are catered for. User interaction with capture results and logs enable quick review of any issues.
-
Data Validation
Sensors (time series) can be configured to perform checks on data such as missing readings, constant readings, zero values or outside a user defined profile. When reviewing the results, the user has the option of manually validating the data, using flexible replacement options. A full audit trail is maintained for any data changes and the original data is stored. A system to automatically fix any validation issues is provided and can be configured to run according to set rules.

Jobs Importer
Import and storage of data relating to interventions (jobs) completed within DMA to assist with targeting/reporting and calculation of NRR. Similar job types can be grouped together to simplify display on a DMA chart and for assignment of typical volumes. Details of jobs can be viewed within a grid to allow cross reference to works management systems.

Site Maintenance
Any type of site within Waternet can have visits recorded against them. Photos, or relevant information can be stored with the visit to become an historic record. A record of employees involved in a site visit (including a nominated lead). PCV related visit details can be held. Detail of settings of PCV stored as a reference point (including detailed control profiles). Changes of PCV control equipment recorded. For meter verification visits, full details, including uncertainty calculation can be recorded. Probe or ultrasonic details stored for reference. Instant calculation of range and offset errors between in-situ meter and reference meter. Spot details of flow and volume recorded. Range and offset can be applied back to in-situ sensor from the data of verification if required. Storage of parts, including manufacturers reference numbers and costs. Management of test equipment and calibrated site maintenance items all in one place. Calibration details can be referred to and tracked. Tracking of which visits equipment was used on for easy tracing. Details of faults discovered or rectified during a site visit stored. Historic faults can be viewed easily against a particular meter. Faults surrounding data loggers such as pulse unit failures or communication errors can be stored.

Task Tracker
Management of tasks relating to assets, visits or Alerts within Waternet. Configuration of Task Types, roles and groups allows the module to be fully tailored to business requirements. Provision of a due date, an initial status, and assignment to a Task Group (and an individual if required) on task creation drives the importance and the path to completion. Review grids of tasks are provided to enable review of active, pending, overdue, rejected or awaiting signoff and a view of all historic tasks. Appropriate users can sign off tasks, or reject them for further investigation where appropriate.
