RPS laboratories are UKAS accredited for food analysis in a variety of matrices including; vegetables, fresh and dried fruits, fried and baked foodstuff, cereals, grains, honey, nuts, dry legumes, forage crops and seeds.

Our expertise

Our laboratories perform analysis of foods, drinks, animal feed and bedding materials, including:

  • Bisphenol A in baby foods
  • Glyphosate and AMPA in potatoes, cereals, grains, pulses, bread, plants
  • Pesticides in fruits and fruit drinks
  • Pesticides in food
  • ETU and PTU in food
  • Benzalkonium chloride in baby food
  • Quaternary ammonium compound in food
  • PAHs, PCBs, PBDEs and HBCDD in fish
