Over the last few years, the world has been catching up to the idea that a diverse workforce is a stronger workforce. However, it’s sometimes said that lack of representation is one reason women don’t apply for certain careers or career paths; if they don’t see “anyone like them” doing the job.
For this reason, we celebrate the talented women of RPS around the globe, who lead their teams and set industry standards. We sat down to ask them about what they do, learn about the importance of their industry and hear what advice they’d give to other women looking to progress in similar roles.
