In late 2022, RPS and the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) released a discussion paper called Unlocking Outcomes That Matter. The goal was to start a conversation about how infrastructure projects can serve as a mechanism for social value creation. We are now looking to develop a practical guide to support the sector to design, assess and deliver social value impacts through infrastructure investment, and we want to hear your views!
