During your time here, how has RPS brought to life its commitment to career development?

I have worked with my Directors to identify areas of development in my knowledge and skillset.  Collectively, we have then successfully created objectives to shape my development and met regularly to review my progress. The meaningful conversations have really shaped my ongoing career development.

Can you describe your career journey during your time at RPS?

I joined RPS as an Assistant Commercial Manager in late 2013. In the past eight years I have developed and progressed through promotions to Associate Director level. My journey has been supported by my colleagues, I get to work with some really influential people.

Do you think your career pathway has followed a logical sequence so far?

Absolutely, I’ve worked very closely with the Directors to map out my career pathway with the right balance of being challenged and supported along the way.

How would you describe the culture at RPS?

The culture is a very sociable one. You’ll learn quickly that this is an exceptional group of people, who also enjoy their work and being sociable is key component to that.

What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve been given?

Treat everyone you speak to with the same level of respect.
