To determine an asset value, go beyond the bottom line (economic capital), go beyond energy and carbon (physical capital), consider benefits and co-benefits generated via human, social and natural capital; i.e. impacts on people, the local community and nature.

When looking at carbon emissions for a project, consider the wholistic carbon; i.e., historic emissions (embodied carbon), current emissions (operational carbon) and future emissions (decarbonisation pathway).

Tunde leads our award-winning Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Business Team. With a career spanning nearly 20 years in the building, design, construction, and commercial real estate industry.
He’s a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) accredited professional, Fitwel Ambassador, and one of the first qualified WELL Building Standard® Accredited Professionals (WELL AP) in the UK.
Jules Carmichael
Graduate Consultant
Jules brings valued experience in corporate sustainability. She has worked on solutions at group-level in key areas of ESG and her strong skills in data analytics provide a strong quantitative foundation for how clients approach sustainability challenges.
Jules works across the ESG, Sustainable Business, and Energy teams. In addition to formulating sustainability strategy, she also draws on marketing experience to help stakeholders translate the scientific basis of a sustainability strategy into more accessible consensus-building language. Her demonstrated ability to bridge the technical and communicative domains proved to be a key aid in mobilising better market engagement.
