Do valuable, meaningful work

We know that the world needs to deploy many more renewables projects and that accelerating the rate of development is vital. However, as this happens, there’ll be challenges – and one of them is making sure that these projects are developed responsibly.

Renewable energy focussed careers at RPS give you the opportunity to get involved in the drive for net-zero. That means direct involvement in developing onshore and offshore renewable energy projects, but also in ensuring they’re developed in a sustainable, responsible way. And this isn’t just limited to senior roles – it’s a part of the job for every level.

Why choose RPS

Diverse expertise

In a nutshell, RPS is a rounded service provider with a real depth of technical expertise. Because we have diverse professions within our team, you can interact with different specialisms in-house. We have project managers, specialist advisors,  planners, environmental specialists, engineers, marine and terrestrial ecologists, visual impact specialists, ornithologists, UXO specialists – the list goes on.

Work in multiple markets

You’ll also have the chance to work on projects both local and international. You won’t be confined to a single market and you can be based in a location of your choosing. You’ll be a part of developing new markets and you’ll help to transfer vital knowledge and skills around the world.

Great clients, dynamic strategy

We’re working on important projects for some great clients, and we’re excited about what the future holds for renewables. And that’s backed up by a dynamic and well-supported renewables strategy across RPS.
