Dan Morgan joins our UK services business with extensive experience in clean water network operations, leakage, pressure management and asset maintenance - further strengthening our existing clean water service offering. He will be responsible for supporting our clients improve their operational strategies and performance and assisting our operational leakage teams.
Dan has worked in the water industry for over 14 years having joined as an apprentice, gaining first-hand experience of the challenges faced by our clients and their teams. He has held several senior roles, most recently as a Leakage Delivery Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. He has a track record of operational delivery, strategy implementation, managing change and a desire to innovate for the benefit of our clients. This experience will further aid the successful delivery of our “Strategy to Operations” philosophy, creating tailored, optimised, deliverable and operational solutions.
Commenting on his new role, Dan said: “RPS has a great reputation within the UK water industry and I am delighted to be joining the team. The industry is facing some of its toughest challenges in this AMP period, with ambitious plans and targets we must continue to challenge ourselves and how we do things. I am excited to work with some of the industry’s best talent, to combine data analysis, strategic thinking, innovation and operational experience to really deliver for our clients”.
