Shelomi is passionate about botany and has spent many years developing her expertise in flora and vegetation communities. She’s also across the relevant regulatory and legislation frameworks and is an accredited biodiversity assessor. Her field work includes research into threatened species, plant identification, data analysis, ecological surveys, and biodiversity monitoring, assessments and reports. Shelomi has worked in many sectors including infrastructure, resources, and renewable energy, and has been a member of RPS’ Newcastle ecology team since 2017.
