As our heritage manager based in the Newcastle office, Minouschka Lush oversees heritage projects in the hunter, western and northern regions of New South Wales, South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia, and New Zealand.
Minouschka has over fourteen years’ experience working in natural and cultural heritage management, including several national flagship programs.
She leads our team of heritage consultants to deliver residential and infrastructure developments projects for commercial and government clients, as well as important post-bushfire heritage monitoring and audit works. Behind the scenes she has been building partnerships with key stakeholders, including the Aboriginal community, to help facilitate smooth heritage consultation processes and enhance positive project outcomes.
Minouschka has a Masters in Sustainable Heritage Development and Management, and a Bachelor of Arts with art history and curatorship, both from Australian National University.
