Griffin Charnas

Griffin Charnas is an ESG Consultant within RPS’ Environmental Risk group. He received a B.S. in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has over 5 years of experience working with clients to enhance their ESG programs. His work has covered all phases of ESG from strategic planning, project implementation, to public reporting. He has worked with a variety of corporate organizations and public agencies but most recently, has primarily been focused on corporate real estate and private equity clients where he has specialized in materiality assessments, a process of working with organizations to understand the ESG issues that are most relevant to their operations in order to develop a program that will meet the expectations of their stakeholders.
