RPS to grow service offerings for North American offshore wind market with new appointment

RPS, a leading global professional services firm in the offshore renewables space, is pleased to welcome Anntonette Zembrzuska as North America Director for Offshore Renewables. Anntonette will lead RPS’ acceleration of business growth in the U.S. offshore wind market.

Anntonette’s expertise in clean power generation and transmission, market intelligence and business development strongly align with RPS’ market strategy goals. She brings a proven track record of developing world-class teams for energy project development, construction and operations support, as well as deep insight into the regulatory environment, having worked on well over 200 successful clean energy projects throughout her career. Additionally, Anntonette holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law and is a member of the Washington State Bar.

Given the potential market opportunity in North America, Anntonette will spearhead growth for RPS through the refinement and implementation of our market strategy. This includes strengthening our capabilities and services across RPS divisions and segments into an optimal offering for North America. This process will include augmentation of existing skills and services through organic growth and will create new opportunities for winning partnerships.

RPS expects significant revenue and market share growth from this strategic initiative. Anntonette will lead the strategy development for offshore renewables in the U.S. alongside our leadership teams. These focused efforts will enhance and build on our existing client relationships with international offshore wind developers, our network of partners, and government agencies.

With over 30 years of experience developing teams in the power industry, Anntonette is well-positioned to strengthen our reputation and expand our service offerings. Anntonette has held various executive leadership roles in energy development and consulting companies.

Most recently Anntonette led a team of product developers and technical specialists at National Grid and was responsible for developing innovative demand side management solutions to address the looming natural gas capacity gap in New York City and Long Island.
