RPS Services segment partners with WISE (Women in Science and Engineering)

We are extremely pleased to announce that as of February 2022, our Services segment of RPS has partnered with WISE (Women in Science and Engineering), a vital new step in our ongoing efforts to promote diversity and inclusion across our workplace. As WISE members, RPS staff will have access to a powerful network of leaders from various STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) industries, have access to role models, share best practice and have the ability to showcase their talents.

At RPS, we understand the benefits of a diverse workplace, where our colleagues are empowered to reach their full potential. We have always had the mindset to recognise every individual’s contribution and respect the value that their backgrounds and experiences can bring to us, making complex easy for our clients and for communities. This partnership with WISE will take this even further, and hopefully will also enable our colleagues to have a platform to represent them and eliminate any perceived barriers that limit their inclusion and contributions at work.

Striving for a meaningful change in culture and diversity in the workplace is not something that is achieved overnight, but we will not accept defeat in this objective and are proud and determined to take up this challenge head-on.
