Merrill is a Director in RPS’ global Deal Advisory business. Based in Sydney, Merrill is a technical advisor to numerous infrastructure investors from governments, institutional investors, private equity firms and pension funds across the Asia Pacific region. Working in diverse sectors including energy, transport, digital and social infrastructure, his day-to-day role involves supporting his clients through the investment lifecycle, from inception and acquisition due diligence through to transition planning, transformation as well as divestment. Merrill’s recent client mandates span India, Korea, Japan, China, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.
