Matthew leads the Project and Cost Management team in the Manchester office, from where we provide project management, employer’s agent, cost management, and building surveying services across the north of England and into Scotland. A quantity surveyor by training he has 25 years' experience in property development and consultancy services with the majority of his career spent in project management, delivering complex, high value projects for a range of both public and private sector clients.
