Lee Jollow

As our National Lead of Economics, Lee has more than 13 years' experience in preparing economic appraisals and business cases for more than 40 major infrastructure projects and government policies. 

He is currently estimating a range of social benefits for the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program and has managed economic appraisals and business cases for Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, Sydney Metro West, Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1, and Melbourne to Brisbane Inland Rail. He regularly reviews business case submissions to Infrastructure Australia and recently developed their best practice guidelines on multi-criteria analysis which were applied in the Australian Infrastructure Plan 2021.
