Henk Jaap works closely with our clients, supporting them to achieve their learning and development goals. He has a passion for learning with a background in petroleum engineering and geoscience. He has over 30 years of experience in technical and leadership roles in exploration and learning development within Royal Dutch Shell. Henk Jaap spent the last eight years with Shell’s Learning & Development organization as Subsurface Learning Manager & Learning Innovation and User Experience (UX) manager.
