Daniel is an environmental consultant with 10 years’ experience in the assessment of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) liabilities during Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and disposal programmes, investment appraisals and land quality reviews in the UK and across Europe.

He routinely supports clients, providing value-added environmental risk management services to financial, corporate and industrial clients. Daniel has accrued valuable due diligence experience, providing advice within the planning, waste, transport, manufacturing, commercial investment, permitting, contaminated land and remediation sectors. He has experience in leading site audits, undertaking independent inspections, consulting with regulatory bodies and reviewing portfolios of varying size and technical content.

Through numerous legislative and compliance audits, Daniel has experience in the review of permitted processes and a thorough background in providing environmental liability assessments with the objective of protecting a client’s reputation and limiting cost exposure.
