Chris Lavery

Chris leads our Programme and Project Management team focused on the Public Sector. He has over 20 years’ experience at Board and Executive level including positions of Regional Director and Partner, as well as being the Managing Director for a number of private sector Joint Ventures with Local Authorities including: Liverpool, Knowsley and Rochdale. Chris has led numerous ground-breaking programmes in government, health, transport, defence and energy. He was Director of Assets for a large Housing Association and was also a Board member of The Northern Powerhouse Partnership (NPP).
