Cameron Austin-Fell

Cameron is a chartered member of the RTPI, with over 9 years of Town Planning experience, working for both the public
and private sector on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Cameron has extensive experience in the promotion and submission of large residential and mixed use urban extensions and is proficient in the modelling of Objectively Assessed Need for housing.

In his previous role, Cameron worked within the Planning Policy for Eden District Council where he was involved in the Production of the Eden Local Plan and assisted in the adoption of the Upper Eden Neighbourhood Plan, the first in the Country. This has helped to inform an excellent understanding of Local Authority processes and Local Plan strategy and promotion.
