With almost 20 years’ experience working in HR for RPS, Angelica has responsibility for the Services UK & NL business. Development of in company training on soft skills is one of the topics Angelica is focussing on, as well as job marketing and onboarding: as a means to attract and retain high professionals. Her goal is to create a consistent and transparent people-oriented environment for staff to develop, excel and enjoy their work.
