Circa Nundah Village is an award winning development that has helped transform the city fringe suburb of Nundah. Designed to the principles of transit oriented urban renewal, it is one of the first such initiatives in Brisbane.
An underutilised commercial site adjacent to Nundah railway station has been revitalised with a design comprising of an eight storey commercial tower, three residential buildings and retail and dining elements, creating a vibrant, mixed use precinct that interfaces with the transport hub and surrounding community.
The mixed use nature of the development required a complex titling solution that was commercially viable. Property Solutions engaged RPS to provide strategic advice on titling structure from project inception.
RPS has delivered surveying services throughout the project, including the current stage Circa Dos.
