Joint Operator Audit Program
RPS has been the provider of auditing services for 14 of the largest oil and gas companies in Australia since 2005. RPS consultants manage and coordinate the Joint Operator Audit Program (JOAP) on behalf of the participating Operators to audit drilling and completions contractor companies who provide their services offshore so reducing disruption to project timelines and in support of continuous improvement in the industry. The audit reports are provided to the Operators by way of a secure website.
Joint Onshore Operators Audit Program (JOOAP)
In 2011 RPS initiated the concept of a Joint Operators Audit Program to the four main operators involved in the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) industry in Queensland. The JOOAP was successfully implemented in 2012 and has continued annually since then with RPS managing and coordinating the program as well as conducting audits on selected drilling and completions service providers on behalf of the participating Operators. The program focuses on the implementation of Safety Management plans in the field.
Heavy vehicle and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) services
RPS provides a range of services to assist clients manage the risks associated with operating heavy vehicles and their legal responsibilities in relation to Chain of Responsibility (CoR). To ensure regulatory compliance for your business, our team can undertake internal and external sub-contractor compliance risk assessments (audits) and CoR gap analysis of safety management systems. RPS auditors are qualified by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and have undertaken Heavy Vehicle and CoR audits across a wide range of organisations and industries.
