The 18 hectare community includes 330 dwellings offering a large range of product to provide housing choice and affordability, untested within the Gladstone market. House lot sizes typically range between 115m² and 640m² with multiple dwelling allotments duplex, triplex and quadplex configurations.
RPS urban design worked closely with the ULDA undertaking a comprehensive site analysis process to prepare a structural framework linking the various land uses to the project vision. We were involved in product delimitation and the preparation of Plans of Development for the project.
