For development proposals we provide Sustainability Statements to support planning applications demonstrating how sustainable development concepts have been addressed; we undertake sustainability appraisals which range from BREEAM and EcoHomes assessments to the development of tailored project specific appraisals that address relevant guidance and best practice; and develop Energy Statements to support planning applications, incorporating renewable energy feasibility assessments. In pursuing environmentally appropriate architecture we design buildings that reconcile the economical and ethical requirements of the brief - integrating first principle concepts that enable each building component to contribute to energy conservation, efficiency and aesthetics.
