Our retail planning and design teams have an enviable track record in gaining planning approvals for developments, producing aesthetically exciting, yet cost-effective designs which meet the client’s brief, raise value and maximise the site’s potential. On refurbishment and extensions to existing retail outlets, the team is aware that there are in effect three clients – the local outlet management team, the outlet planners and head office. We understand the agendas of the various stakeholders and use this knowledge to best effect on the site – maintaining customer care and an appropriate image for the facility throughout the construction phase, with the intention of retaining customers during the project and beyond.
