RPS is a leading provider of occupational health services across the UK. Clients have access to a nominated occupational health nurse and occupational physician. We provide confidential pre-employment assessments through questionnaires and medical screening and ensure the appropriate matching of prospective employees to proposed occupations by assessing physical and psychological capabilities measured against specific job function criteria. As necessary, the occupational health nurse will consult with an occupational physician, a line manager, the individual and the individual’s GP. A certificate of fitness is issued on completion.
