RPS undertakes detailed assessment of property with regards to current legislation. In addition, where appropriate, other standards will be adopted during the undertaking of the assessment including: BS:8300:2001 design of buildings and their appropriates to meet the needs of disabled people and Part M of the Building Regulations.This assessment will outline, with recommendations, what should be implemented to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation.
