RPS assists the construction and engineering industries in meeting their obligations under UK legislation and EC directives, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM2007). These regulations are intended to improve safety throughout the industry through proper management of construction and engineering-related projects and activities at all stages, from design inception to eventual demolition. RPS as CDM Co-ordinator assists the client and other duty holders to establish robust safety management systems, and to ensure legislative compliance.
