3. Remain on the B5210 until the fifth traffic island is reached.
4. Take the third exit off the traffic island onto Birchwood Way, (A574).
5. Remain on the A574 until the first traffic island is reached.
6. Take the second exit off the traffic island.
7. Take the first exit off the next traffic island onto Faraday Street, (Birchwood Park).
8. Proceed along Faraday Street until the first traffic island is reached.
9. Take the first exit off the traffic island onto Dalton Avenue.
10. Turn second right off Dalton Avenue and park is spaces provided for Building 105.
11. Proceed to reception within Building 105.

From M6 North:

1. Leave M6 at Junction 21a and join M62 East
2. Follow directions below for M62 East

From M62 East & West:

1. Leave M62 at Junction 11.
2. At traffic island take the third exit (approaching from the West, Liverpool) / first exit (approaching from East, Manchester) onto Birchwood Way, (A574).
3. Remain on the A574 until the second traffic island is reached.
4. Take the second exit off the traffic island.
5. Take the first exit off the next traffic island onto Faraday Street, (Birchwood Park).
6. Proceed along Faraday Street until the first traffic island is reached.
7. Take the first exit off the traffic island onto Dalton Avenue.
8. Turn second right off Dalton Avenue and park in spaces provided for building 105.
9. Proceed to reception within Building 105.
