RPS are providing an integrated design engineering and construction management service to Fournier, including project management, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, contract procurement, and construction management. 

A site-based construction management team is co-ordinating all activities, including health and safety, schedule and progress management, contractor co-ordination and equipment installation.  Process equipment procurement is being undertaken by Fournier and integrated into the facility by RPS. In October 2006 RPS handed over new production plant to Fournier two months ahead of schedule.
