NRA Road Traffic Sign Refurbishment Project
RPS is playing a central role in the project, working with the NRA in developing a consistent and effective signing strategy for the national network, including a large number of major inter urban routes such as the M1 to Belfast, M4 to Sligo/Galway, and M7 to Limerick/Cork. The challenging role puts RPS at the heart of all phases of the project, providing specialist sign design advice, leading Stakeholder consultations, designing and implementing route wide re-signing proposals.
The fruits of the project are already being seen across the country, most noticeably on motorways and dual carriageways where a new generation of overhead gantry and cantilever signs is being rolled out. Taking a wrong turn will soon be a thing of the past!
