Jury's Hotel & Berkeley Court Hotel - Site Redevelopment
Since early 2006, RPS has been providing the following services on the project:
- Provision of planning advice and development appraisal
- Preparation and submission of planning application
- Negotiations with the planning authority and other relevant statutory and non-statutory agencies
- Environmental, Retail, Housing Quality and Town Planning Assessments and Impact Statements
The planning authority has granted planning permission for a modified development. The scheme is currently on planning appeal.
