Within RPS it is a priority to develop all personnel to the maximum of their ability. As such we have a formal CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programme to assist staff in their development. We believe that the promotion of career satisfaction and progression through providing internal training / experience, participation in new projects and acquiring new skills is key to individual success. The success of our company depends on the success of our staff.
As a graduate with RPS you will be assigned a mentor when you join the company. Your mentor will be a senior member of staff who will be charged with looking after your development within the company as you gain more experience. They will assist you with technical queries or development issues that you may have and will act as a support in getting you to where you want to be in your career.
