John is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in the house building industry. For the last 13 years he was Finance Director of Westbury Plc, until it was acquired earlier this year.

He has wide experience of financial management, capital and debt raising, acquisitions and investor relations and he played a leading role in the strategic development of Westbury into a top ten volume house builder in the UK.
