Chairman Brook Land was formerly a partner of and is now a consultant to Nabarro Nathanson. He is Senior Non-Executive Director of Signet Group Plc, Non-Executive Chairman of Medal Entertainment & Media Plc and a director of a number of private companies.

He was appointed to the Board in 1997. Mr Land has accepted an invitation from the Board (following a rigorous review) to serve a further three year term in this role. He lives in London.
