April Rigby graduated from Leeds University in 1982 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with Arthur Andersen & Co.

She joined RPS Group in 1989 and was Finance Director from 1993 to October 2000. She has been Company Secretary since 1993. She lives in Oxfordshire.
