Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 986,938 Ordinary Shares of 3p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued in connection with the deferred consideration due under the terms of the acquisition for Exploration Consultants Ltd ("ECL"), which was announced on 15 September 2005. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 25 September 2006.
