Kings Cross Area Regeneration
Project: The Kings Cross Project is one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe and involves the development of 6 acres of former railway grounds into a mixed use office and retail development.
Role: Planning Consultants for the whole project including enabling works and reserved matters. Co-ordination of the Environmental Statement, Sustainability Strategy and Code of Construction Practice. Explosive Engineering team also involved in assessing unexploded ordnance/explosives contamination on the site.
