Selection and oversight of professional service providers

Selection and oversight of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors

The objective of our Program Management services is to assist our developer clients in taking their projects from concept to reality by providing as much, or as little, staff support as needed to accomplish that goal. This flexibility enables the RPS team of program managers to provide value to projects large and small, being developed by small start-up companies or large, Fortune 500 industrial clients.
