Conics
In July 2009 the 600 staff of Conics, one of Australia’s leading consultants and market leaders in planning and development and environmental management, joined RPS. We welcome the skills and experience of our new colleagues.
Pretty Pool Residential Development
RPS was commissioned to provide environmental and planning services for the Pretty Pool Residential Development in Port Hedland. The project was challenged by complex environmental issues.
RPS worked to provide expertise on turtle management, mangrove rehabilitation, drainage design, migratory bird conservation and mosquito management. The project has been awarded in two categories of the WA Coastal Awards for Excellence 2009.
Airport Link, Brisbane
At a total cost of $4.8 billion, Brisbane’s Airport Link project is Australia’s largest Private Public Partnership and one of the country’s largest road infrastructure projects. As principal urban designer and landscape architect for the Airport Link and Airport Roundabout upgrade aspects, RPS Conics’ scope of design works is extensive, incorporating five precincts each with individual character and identity.

for environmental impact assessment of LNG Developments.
