Where appropriate we bring together multi-disciplinary teams to work on projects where a broad scope of risk management and mitigation is required. These projects may be led by project managers in any of our divisions.
The Oil and Gas Industry has used complex analysis of risk and uncertainty in its exploration for and development of hydrocarbon fields for many years. RPS Energy has proven experience gained allowing us to help our clients manage the impact of risk and uncertainty on their decision making processes. This expertise is being increasingly applied to other Energy projects, including Windfarms.
