Integrated Kent Franchise Facilities

Project: The largest train maintenance facility to be constructed in the UK. Two facilities, one at Ashford and one at Ramsgate to service and stable the new Hitachi CTRL Domestic Service Fleet and existing Electrostar trains. State of the art pit-stop maintenance facilities. Total value £100m.

Role: Detailed architectural, structural and civil engineering design and lead designer.
