Corrective Action

RPS provides corrective action (i.e. remediation) consulting services for industrial clients that can be broadly described by two areas of expertise:

Contaminated Property Management. Contaminated property management includes strategic management, options analysis, risk assessment, due diligence services, liability assessment, media investigation/monitoring, remediation services, and remedial system management. RPS provides technical advise and support to our clients to develop a reasonable assessment of exposure and risk coupled with a cost-effective remediation strategy.

Compliance Support. Our compliance support services are designed to assist our clients in meeting their routine needs including regulatory management, permitting, compliance interpretation/application, auditing, reporting assistance, benchmarking for mergers and acquisition, and hazardous waste delisting
