Fit testing of RPE is a mandatory requirement under COSHH 2002. All employers have a duty to provide Fit Testing for their employees who use tight fitting respiratory protection equipment (RPE) to ensure that a good fit can be achieved. This legislation applies to filtering facepieces (disposable masks), half face masks, full face masks and BA facepieces.

RPS Laboratories offers both Quantitative and Qualitative Face Fit Testing in accordance with the current guidance (HSE OC 282/28) so that you and your company comply with the Law.
