Early detection of, and intervention in, health problems of key staff is consistent with this principal. It also clearly demonstrates your commitment to your employee’s current and future health and well being.

RPS offers a broad based Executive Health Assessment from its national network of clinics. Individuals are guided through a series of medical procedures by a combination of Occupational Health Nurse and Occupational Physician and each participant is provided with their results and a detailed action plan following analysis of the results. Each assessment lasts approximately 1½ hours with detailed feedback then being provided to the individual. Taking a proactive approach to managing the health of your key people makes good business sense.
